Within 28 days of purchase and accompanied by a valid receipt unwanted items which are unworn and in perfect condition in their original packaging may be exchanged for equivalent value jewellery, a credit note or a refund. Earrings, engraved and commissioned pieces are exempt and can only be returned by special agreement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
